Reiki is an energy healing modality in which the practitioner uses their hands with light touch or hovers above the body to bring healing. This results in relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, silence, and stillness.
A Doula offers emotional, informational, and physical support to people experiencing life transitions. A Doula is like a navigator; they listen to you and help you to figure out the best path forward, supporting you with tasks along the way.
Mattering Mandalas are creating art with nature. They are based on connecting with nature, expressing creativity, and honoring ritual. In every stage of life, we experience difficult situations like loss, grief, trauma, uncertainty, and sadness. Mattering Mandalas help us to embrace the difficult times, express our feelings, and release what is not serving us.
Values are highly misunderstood as things that are extremely important to us. The truth is, we can’t actually put language to them. They are energy-laden, emotionally rich ideas that live in our subconscious, meaning that we live them. Exploring them helps us to become aware of the values that are leading our daily actions and offers us an opportunity to consciously make decisions about our lives to help us live more authentically. Living more authentically leads to increased wellness.
I am not a registered massage therapist. I have been trained as a relaxation massage practitioner. I am not qualified to target specific areas of the body as treatment, but I will give you a light pressure massage perfect for stress reduction and relaxation.
Some employee insurance plans offer holistic healing coverage, so please check your plan. Most companies only cover Registered Practitioners, in which case my services would not be covered. Also, I do not directly bill insurance companies; you would need to submit for reimbursement.
Yes. Mobile services are available. I create a relaxing and calming environment for all of my services so when offering mobile services I ask the client to ensure that they can provide a quiet, uninterrupted space. There is a minimal fee for travel.
I offer my services typically Monday-Friday, 9 am - 3 pm. I am flexible and happy to meet the needs of my clients outside of the hours when necessary.
