Values Exploration

Service Description

Every human being holds values deeply within their sense of self. It is easy for us to think about what is important or meaningful to us but naming our true values is actually very difficult because they live in a non-verbal part of the brain. Values are emotionally rich, energy laden ideas that drive us to do what we do, be who we are.. They dictate our sense of self.
